These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the MBOUTIQUE online shop by Marcel Bischof.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking "Buy now" you place a binding order of the items in your cart. Order confirmation will be sent by email.

4. Prices & Shipping

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Free shipping on orders over €60. Below this value a flat-rate shipping fee applies.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (PayPal, credit card, etc.). The invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of the order.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. As these are vintage and second-hand items, age-related signs of wear are not defects in the legal sense, provided they have been stated in the product description.
